Alcohol Seller/Server Training is not mandatory in Arkansas. However the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board strongly encourages permittees and their employees to take this Responsible Seller/Server training as part of the "Arkansas Responsible Permittee Program".
This program has been reviewed and approved by the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control Division. This course meets all the requirements set forth in title 6, section 5 of the rules and regulations set forth by the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control. It meets all the necessary state training requirements for you to receive you official state of Arkansas Responsible Alcohol Server Training Program certificate. Certification: Your printable official certificate is available immediately once you complete the course and pass the final exam. The certification is valid for five (5) years after the completion date on the certificate.
