Certevia Refund Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

We want students to be confident that they are receiving the course they enrolled in and that Certevia stands behind the approval and acceptance information we provide.

Certevia approved provider since 1990

Court Acceptance Guarantee

If Certevia specifically represents that a course is approved or accepted for your jurisdiction and your court does not accept your Certevia certificate of completion, please contact us. We will review the circumstances and, if the course was not accepted despite Certevia's representation, we will refund the course fee.

Students are responsible for selecting the course appropriate for their particular court, jurisdiction, or other requirement. If you are uncertain which course you are required to complete, please confirm the requirement with your court, attorney, referring agency, or other appropriate authority before enrolling.

Other Refund Requests

We understand that circumstances can change. If you have a problem with your purchase or believe a refund is appropriate, please contact Certevia. Refund requests outside the Court Acceptance Guarantee are reviewed based on the circumstances of the request.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact Certevia and provide enough information for us to identify your enrollment and purchase.
