Frequently Asked Questions for Online Parenting and Divorce

What happens when I complete the course?
When you complete the course, you will see a link to click and download your Court Approved Certificate. You may print the Certificate and mail it or send it to your attorney via email. Each certificate has a unique serial number recorded to prevent defrauding the Courts.
Is this a recurring subscription?
There is only a One Time Fee for your course. This is not a recurring subscription. The one time fee allows you to access all the course materials and your certificate download for up to six months from your enrollment date.
How long does it take to complete?
The course takes about 4 hours to complete. The material is engaging and thought provoking while at the same time easy to understand and apply. We won't go so far as to say it is fun, but you'll likely find the time seems much shorter than the four hours required to complete the course.
Must I Complete the Course All at once?
You may take the course on your schedule- any time you wish. When you log off and later return, the course remembers which sections you completed so you can pick up where you left off.

Yes. We are an approved provider since the beginning and are a pioneer in the development of online study. We are now in our 4th generation of online learning systems with 15 years of offering online studies-- all based on our live classroom techniques and curriculum.

This is the course you need to take for most jurisdictions when you are in a civil action involving minor children such as paternity, parenting time (visitation), child support, divorce, or post divorce issues. Florida law requires you to take a 4 Hour Parent Education and Stabilization course- this is that course.

If I take your course, and my other parent takes a different course will it still count?
To this date we have yet to see a judge not accept our Certificate of Completion due to the other parent taking a course from a different provider. Having said this, it is probably best for each parent to take the same program so they may apply the same skills and lessons in their lives. The courses we provide are well vetted and in continous development and improvement over decades, this means you're getting the benefit of what hundreds of thousands of students have already experienced passed to you in this course.
I do not have access to a printer at home. Will I be able to access or email my certificate upon completion so I can print it elsewhere?
At the end of the course you should be able to download your certificate in PDF format. Once you download it, you should be able to forward the file via email or copy it to a memory stick or other portable storage device so that you may print your certificate elsewhere. The details of exactly how you do these tasks depends on your equipment at hand-- but you should find it is a standard PDF file so any PDF reader should be able to open and print the file. We are also happy to fax or mail the certificate to you via USPS during your course enrollment period (6 months from your enrollment date). We have student records dating back to 1990.
I forgot my username or password- can you help?
Most students should be able to reset their password on their own. Follow this link and choose the "Lost Password" option to proceed. You should get an email from our system in a few minutes. If you don't see an email, check your spam folder. You'll need to know your email address or user name. If you've forgotten the user name or email (or perhaps signed up with the wrong or a mis-spelled email, simply give us a call during our regular hours and we'll get you moving along.
