Florida DCF-approved parent education providers

The table is built from the Florida Department of Children and Families’ Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course provider list. Certevia refreshes a private copy of that data daily and renders it here as HTML. A “last refreshed” time appears above the table. For the official source, use the DCF provider list page.

Providers appear here as DCF publishes them on its approved-provider list at the time of the last refresh. Listing on this page does not guarantee that your judge or circuit will accept a particular course. Confirm with your court, clerk, or attorney before you enroll.

Many DCF-listed providers offer Self-paced online or Live online courses. Self-paced online means you complete the course on your own schedule, any time; Live online is a scheduled class with an instructor over video (e.g. Zoom); In person (as listed with DCF) means DCF lists an in-person class, but Certevia has not confirmed a schedule, venue, or booking page on the provider's site (checked Oct 28, 2026); Correspondence is by mail or workbook. Florida Statute 61.21 requires a minimum four-hour Parent Education and Family Stabilization Course; it does not by itself ban online delivery. Some circuits or counties still require in-person attendance or court approval before an online course. Check the local-rules notes on this page and your order.

Fee assistance reflects DCF’s Indigent Status field for each course row (for example, Accepted, Reduced Fee, Sliding Scale, or Not Accepted). It describes what that provider reported to DCF. Contact the provider through its website or listed phone for how to request assistance; this page does not publish email addresses or contact person names.

Florida law requires a minimum of four hours. Individual providers may structure that time as Self-paced online modules, Live online (video) sessions, in-person classes, or correspondence. Your court order controls the deadline (often within a set number of days after filing or service).

Parents in many family-law cases involving a minor child — including dissolution of marriage and other parenting proceedings — may be ordered to complete the course. Follow your court order or your attorney’s instructions on whether and when you must finish it.

Florida parents and courts asked for an easier way to find an approved course. DCF's own list is hard to search and doesn't show judicial circuits, so we built this list from DCF's data, which we refresh daily, and sorted it by circuit. Some circuits have local rules about which courses they accept, so we flag those too. We think parents should be able to choose the course that fits their circuit, language and schedule, even when it isn't ours.

Every DCF-listed provider is shown once, with its courses grouped under its name. Providers are sorted alphabetically by name. Names that begin with numbers or special characters are listed after the alphabetical names, so the order reflects provider names rather than characters added to move up the list. Use the circuit, format, and language filters to narrow the list.
